The Oak Harbor Education Association and the Oak Harbor School District have collectively bargained to create the Salary Schedule. Below you will find your options as to how you would like to view the Salary Schedule.

The Total Pay Salary Schedule is calculated by taking the 181 days of the base contract and adding all of the compensation available at the per diem rate of the employee which totals 18.0 days.

Definition of Compensation Available (18.0 Per Diem Days)
1.0 = 1 "Startup Day": "...use-determined by District and/or individual school buildings or worksites..."
1.0 = 1 day/ 7 hours: "to attend meetings beyond the work day-principals will work with staff to-establish use..."
2.5 = 2.5 days/17.5 hours, of "...supplemental professional development..." (SPDT)
13.5 = 13.5 days of supplemental (TRI) pay "...determined by the employees' own professional judgment."
Which totals: 18.0 = Total of per diem days in supplemental contract/TRI & optional days.
