Welcome to the Oak Harbor Education Association. The OHEA represents about three hundred and fifty certificated professionals who work for the Oak Harbor School District. The purpose of this site is to provide information on the governance of the Association, current issues, current collective bargaining agreements, contact information, and two-way communication.
